06/12/2016 12:46 | They've been under the mattress for a long time now. At least you get a decent divi. | tadders2
06/12/2016 11:44 | Interims out today. Lots of adjustments to the figures to account for the sale of the fuel monitoring division and deferred tax which I find makes it hard to figure out whether the results are good or bad. But with the share price around 95p and reported H1 eps of 2.94p the price doesn't look too cheap right now? The company prefers to focus upon their pre-exceptional pre-deferred tax figure of 4.6p for eps which makes the share price seem more reasonable. Trouble is that the expected growth in profits and turnover is always just around the corner for this company. To be fair it is delivering good cashflow and is debt free with approx £2M net cash. If they can continue to keep the cash flowing then this might turn out to be one to tuck under the mattress rather than a growth tomorrow story? Technology is moving fast in this area and a major risk is that competition wipes them out instead, cheers | illiswilgig

14/7/2016 15:40 | I'm not an analyst Norbert. You decided to sell, I continue to hold. I have a reason to post on a company I hold shares in - and all I did to respond to the negative speculation inferred in your post was to restate what the Chairman actually said less than three weeks ago. Trading is noticeably ahead of the same period last year. Fact, not guesswork. You will no doubt have noticed he's just bought another 5,000 shares. Pocket money? Probably, but more reassuring than seeing a director sell or being awarded shares for free. | alan@bj
14/7/2016 13:55 | Hi AlanI did have some VNET stock for a while (held mainly for the big yield) although I became unconvinced by their relative value and struggle to see where the growth will come from to justify their rating. Can you offer me your our investment thesis? Thanks | norbert colon

01/7/2016 08:57 | Went to the AGM yesterday. Only shareholder there! Asked about low dividend cover. Chairman confident about future growth as in AGM statement plus cash reserves, so comfortable about maintaining. US litigation expected to be completed by end of year. Board felt need to defend a legal challenge, with legal advice that they have a good case. Taken a conservative view on costs - all taken into P&L as incurred and as stated in Annual Report - but will be able to recover some from insurance. Overall I feel confident that the company is making steady progress and better times are to come. Always with the high dividend as compensation for holding! | nocton

08/6/2016 13:39 | Co now cash positive, increased penetration into beer market and big growth prospects in contactless beverage market....in anticipation of Brexit and all the baristas going home.
