18/3/2021 13:28 | If you follow the story back 5 years, they did a raise, lost an acquisition. Then hit covid. But what stood out to me lately, it's if you look at all the September half year report, they are in early discussions, this is a change from the last 5 years, Retter is the company secretary, the last RNS in September also said, they are looking forward to updating on progress soon... The 200k cash will see them to September 2021, then they might raise to acquire. 5% float, hardly any shares in issue. Listed on the official list. | albert arthur

04/3/2021 18:07 | RNS Number : 5613AVertu Capital Limited30 September 2020The Group had cash balance of GBP250,000, which the Directors believe will be sufficient to pay ongoing expenses and pre-acquisition activities and to meet its liabilities as they fall due for a period of at least 12 months from the date of approval of this reportIn the last six months, the Company could not explore any opportunities owing to the adverse economic condition arising from the Covid-19 pandemic that affected the global economy. However the board has been in discussion with several potential acquisition targets but all are in early stage of discussion. The Company remain actively looking to identify other suitable target companies or businesses.I look forward to seeing better progress with the potential target acquisitions in the next few months with gratitude to our shareholders, for their continued support. | albert arthur
04/3/2021 17:51 | Simon Retter Is The Finance Director & Director of Zaim Credit Systems Plc (LON:ZAIM) And They Just Picked Up 36% More SharesEven if it's not a huge purchase, we think it was good to see that Simon Retter, the Finance Director & Director of Zaim Credit Systems Plc (LON:ZAIM) recently shelled out UK£57k to buy stock, at UK£0.044 per share. While we're hesitant to get too excited about a purchase of that size, we do note it increased their holding by a solid 36%.https://www.goog | albert arthur
