yep as always, watch volume as being the supportive technical for price movement.

I am happy to just sit and wait, something we did initially with COMS

Yes very unusual Quabsey.Obviously somebody knows far more than we do.

Its obvious that Helium know exactly which company is the target and by how much it will boost the value.

Yes,it was a very poorly worded RNS,but it could have been deliberate to give the boys in the back room extra time to fill their boots.

Lets hope so.

Amazing that the buys keep coming in when the company:

1. Is valued way above its cash value
2. Hasn't had a single deal in 4 years
3. Posted what was thought to be a less than inspiring RNS last week

I wonder hey?

Rather an interesting start.

My intuition tells me this may be a good day for VMP.

Thanks, HH, and somewhat worrisome for the patient one would imagine.

Hi there Loftus,

The diagnosis of this sort of behaviour has been identified medically as FSDBS(Fixed State Defective Balloon syndrome, the most aggressive form) we all unfortunately suffer from DBS (Defective Balloon Syndrome)a mild and periodic form of the disease which naturally diminishes as one ages.

The patients I treat suffer from FSDBS, people with personality disorder, anti social behavioral problems and mental health issues, there is no cure and the treatment can be brutal.

In a nutshell DBS is where you periodically let yourself down and become aware of the fact after the event,no treatment required.

FSDBS occurs daily, where you are aware prior to the event that you are about to let yourself down and continue to do so, intensive treatment required.

HH might care to give a diagnosis - even though the prognosis is poor!

I distinctly recall someone saying they would never post on this thread again if VMP came out of suspension. Well it did and admittedly we all got lucky - very lucky - so why is that person still posting?

It is "closed" not close :-).

howdlep 23 May'14 - 12:38 - 2286 of 2299 0 0

correct

I know ;-).

In fact, Mike, you were wrong - it is the close period rather than the closed period. Sorry.

There is a difference between appointing administrators and giving a notice of intention to appoint administrators:

Loftus16 - 06 Mar 2014 - 13:56:32 - 1226 of 2298

The administrators point is more complicated. There was a "notice of intention" to appoint an administrator and this device was used twice to protect the company and its creditors whilst an alternative to Mr Geertman was sought. A very handy legal tool and used to great effect. So, to answer the question, the company was never in administration and therefore could not have been bought in the way suggested. The Geertman shares offered a cheap way to obtain a cleanish shell with an existing listing, tax losses, etc.. I am told such a vehicle costs circa £500k to establish these days but will stand corrected if this is not the case. A year ago it was circa £250-350k which is where the original 0.055p arose. What is quite striking is the speed with which this all came about and makes me think that a formed plan is in place and that our wait may not be too extended. But that is purely speculation of course.

As for continuing to hold through thick and thin I expect everyone had their own different reasons for doing so. A certain group of shareholders did take action which is referred to in the statement of 10 September, 2013.

That's all history now so why not bury the hatchet and see what happens next instead of attacking each other as has been happening on these boards for the past three and a half years?

A satisfactory end to the week with this morning's interims presenting nothing untoward and with the published quote settling either side of the recent placing price as expected.

I agree. Firstly we are not going to close at this price, and secondly we know from experience of being here long term the influence some had to try and shake others out. I know from personal experience how I was told off the BB, to salvage what you can prior to suspension, over and over, but sitting on a tidy profit now, something some of us never thought would happen.

Reading some of the posts, shorts on the way, overvalued, sell while you can blah blah blah, its all laughable.
