Venue Solutions Holdings Plc (The "Company") Board changes and Director interests The Company announces that Oliver Iny has been appointed as interim Chief Executive Officer to the board of Venue Solutions Holdings Plc. The Company continues to search for a suitably experienced candidate with the relevant expertise to take up the Chief Executive Office role and take the Company onto the next phase in its growth. Dominic Berger will take up the role of Global Business Development Director and will use his industry experience to further the Group strategy and the global opportunities now accessible to the Company. Following the announcement on 12 June 2008 of Oliver Iny's appointment to the Board of Directors, the Company also confirms that Starlake Ltd holds 5,962,001 ordinary shares of 2p each, representing 8.55% of the issued ordinary share capital of the Company, and 997,603 non-voting preference shares of £1.00 each.
