1.73p to sell 1.72p to buy

100k buy at 1.8p takes that offer out but another mm still happy to offer near the bid price

I prefer to research and look at the new blood that has come to this company and backed it with serious money in relation to the valuation.

Cathal Friel sounds like a great appointment as Chairman as has supported the company with over 10% of the loan notes.

Worth nothing the connection with Amryt which is valued at 37-38 million and Orphan Drug Company.

There is still a serious amount of stock that has changed hands which has not seen a holding Rns. I'm sure there is a buyer still to be announced and given how long it took for the last holding to update there might be 2 or 3 still to come.

He needs to resign. You cannot people on the board with such a pitiful holding then selling such a tiny amount to save a few pennies in tax.

Quite incredible. When I saw the Rns and director deals I was kind of thinking one of them have bought the 1.9 million.

Somebody has bought a lot of stock but still not disclosing it.

1 million % clear to me although the severe delay in reporting does not help.

If you read the Rns again the threshold was crossed on the 12th December so on the 12th they have 1,910,460

And 2 days later on Friday it was sold or crossed with a buyer hence they have zero left.

Because they went under 3% on the 12th Dec they might not confirm they have 0 left

Talking to myself but seller is out but they are pretty useless at reporting the correct %'s

Rns this evening saying Amati holding 1,910,460

Well if you look at last Friday's trades they were crossed or sold at 1.7p

So they are long out of this stock.

Shame they did not drop to 150k because I'm pretty sure they could get them for 1.85p

Yeah I've just took another 350k

Serious blocks changing hands and if you look at the volume chart these are record volumes.

And with around 75 mil shares in issue block trades like the 1.75 mil are serious amounts so seller close to getting out if not totally out and new buyer to emerge or a institution already holding buying more

1.9 mil from yesterday, perhaps last of the seller (spreadx perhaps)

Actually 10% of the company was traded or reported yesterday so should be holding
announcements next week.

wow quite a bit of support last hour.

Still does not look to have made any inroads into the overhang but if we get similar tomorrow it might flip the book
