MOTIVIDEO SYSTEMS INC - Annual Financial Report Extension

The Board of Directors of Motivideo Systems, Inc. reported on June 27th 2014,
that is had sought and received a reporting extension from the GXG for its 2013
audited financials that were due June 30th 2014. At that time we reported that
we had identified a new audit company to replace the company' previous auditor
which discontinued practice abruptly prior to completing the company's 2013
audit. The engagement with our new auditor Cutler and Company of Denver
Colorado was finalized earlier this month. Our new audit company determined
that since the previous audit company was not available to confirm its work, we
needed to audit our company's financials from inception in late 2010. This
practice is required by the Public Company Accounting Review Board. The new
auditors have made excellent progress but were unable complete the audit within
the initial extension period. We have been in close communication with the GXG
which fully understands the issues involved for us and other company's that
faced the same situation with the same previous auditor. As such the exchange
has granted an additional thirty day extension. The Company will post the
financials as soon as they are available and in any event prior to the 29th of
August.
