I have done a lot of digging these past few hours and like you, I cannot find any links or other information apart from that on the website.

I too find this odd.

leedskier

Thank you too for your input.

"Investors should be aware that at present and until 30 September 2013, whilst the Company is not subject to the Code, shareholders are able to increase their interests in voting rights in the Company to 30% or more without having to make a mandatory offer under Rule 9 of the Code. "

This is a take over target.......

leedskier,

have you found anything about the company that is not directly from its webiste --- which could be all made up?

How can a company have so many major clients all over the World, have a presence in so many countries, have so many business areas, have so many employees --- and yet be seemingly untraceable on the internet - apart from its own website.

If you wanted to contact any other 'major' player in the oil industry - I am sure that you would have no problem finding a phone number.

Just like Xintai, something stinks here.

George,

They are the web hosting suppliers!

Why do you think that is "interesting" out of interest?
(Genuine question, I can't see what you can see.)

If you look at the file info associated with graphic elements of web pages, such as individual photos (all appear to be stock library images without exception), and even logos, the site seems to have been put together on 11 April. Hmmmmm...

Ross K

How did these major clients contact them?????

How do they get business - you can't find any trace of them on a websearch and then there is no number to phone.

If they did deals with all these majors and are present (with offices & staff) in several countries -- why is there no record of this on the web????
In today's electronic era -- is this really possible?

In fact, does this website do anything - except try to convince lookers that they exist?
There is no info on any of their projects, no info on any staff, no way of talking to them, no price lists, no info on who owns them, no job vacancies .....................

Looking at their website, click on the major clients list and also the QHSE link,
I'd say there legit company, although there's not any contact number I might do a bit of digging for a number for the office in Canada.
