All gone quiet here. I am in and holding for long term..
Also building a position in MATD and IMM although IMM is a simple success or failure situation based on clinical trial results to be announced in mid April.

#VAST -Analysis on the Cup & Handle;
-Today she pierced the old resistance (coming from Jan 2016) on high volume.
-The cup and the handle are both already formed and this resistance should be the breakout point,
-All Oscillators in bullish mode now,
-Targets zone 1.40-1.50.

An offtake agreement with this money upfront is really good because it shows firstly that Mercuria like Plewea and secondly our mine potential, this is definitely very good for our immediate future agreements being negotiated now, i suspect Plewea was waiting for this moment.

US$9.5 million Pre-payment Off-take with Mercuria Energy Trading SA

Vast Resources plc, the AIM-listed mining company with operating mines
in Romania and Zimbabwe, is pleased to announce that a Pre-payment
Agreement with Mercuria Energy Trading SA ("Mercuria") based on the Term
Sheet announced on 25 January 2018 (the 'Term Sheet') has been duly
executed and drawdown of Tranche A for US$4 million effected. As
planned, US$1.68 million out of the drawdown has been applied in
repayment of the bridging loan from Sub-Sahara Goldia Investments
announced on 13 September 2017.

Simultaneously with the Pre-payment Agreement, an Off-take Agreement has
been signed with Mercuria for the period to April 2022 (previously
December 2021) for up to 100% of the copper and zinc concentrate
produced at the Company's Manaila Polymetallic Mine and Baita Plai
Polymetallic Mine in Romania on the same terms as the Offtake Offer
announced on 25 January 2018.

You darn well know that Mercuria are absolutely huge and getting the 9.5 million us dollars form them will cement the relationship between Mercuria and VAST.

The money will allow VAST to get on with important business and is of vital importance. the one thing the stock market does not ever do is price in money before its signed and stamped. The RNS is really important and a genuine milestone in VASTS development. If signed today it could be RNSd today, tomorrow or by early next week depending on the arrangements the two companies have made.

towards finalisation of the proposed USD 9.5 million Pre-Payment
Off-take Agreement with Mercuria Energy Trading SA ('Mercuria') the
Company has issued 565 million warrants in terms of the authority from
shareholders granted at the Company's general meeting held on 14
February 2018.
