Pre, agreed if a placing was needed this was a very honest way of informing the market, I like the style, and offering a possible insensitive to existing holders. GLA

don't think we know..find out after General Meeting in November i think...atleast they told us in advance that placing is coming, rather than just notifying shareholders that they've completed a discount placing via rns..
