So we know that the plant has a capacity of 42,000 tons a quarter. So with the plant showing at Q1 2024, just 25,388 being put through it a quarter there is plenty of excess ore that can go through it still. In fact there is room for another 16,612 ton. Also with the amount of ore that it is taking to produce a ton of cu concentrate, that could be reduced even more.
The swiss finance is taking longer because they may be waiting for the licence to to come through. They will also know how close vast are to making a profit at BP. The longer this licence takes, the closer vast get to being profitable. They get to buy into a profitable company, while the money they then put in, goes to grow the assets even more. AIMO.

so if you look at the progress from Q2 2023 to Q1 2024, its very impressive.
Q2 2023 DMTs of cu concentrate came in at 468 tons.
Q1 2024 DMTs of concentrate came in at 613 ton.
So a increase of 145 tons

IF THAT WAS NOT GOOD ENOUGH, THEY HAD.
In Q2 2023 they mined 23,372 ton. So that means it took 49.9 ton to produce one ton cu concentrate.
In Q1 2024 they mined 25,388 tons. that means it took just 41 tons to produce one ton cu concentrate.
Q3 2023, 25,600 took 45 to get a ton cu concentrate.
Q4 2023, 24,178 took 43 to get a ton.
Q1 2024, 25,388 took 41 ton,
So as mined ore has been about the same for these three quarters. What its taken to get a ton of concentrate out of the mined ore has been reducing.
Lets see what Q2, 2024 shows.
