Tapdance round this one….

Vast Resources plc, the AIM-listed mining company, announces that it has received a Notice of Acceleration and Enforcement in relation to the Debt Facility (the “Notice”). The Notice given is to the effect that if the outstanding debt of $5,820,000 (the “Debt”) is not repaid in full by 26 September 2024 it will then enforce the security given to Alpha by a third party which party would in turn have recourse to Vast. At the time the third party security was provided, the asset was valued at more than the debt due to Alpha. The Notice also declares that the Debt be immediately due and payable by Vast and is thereby demanded.

Except GF nobody takes the buy/sell figures as correct. They are simply estimates snd buys or sells go into the wrong column depending on the MM published spread. Do you believe in pot of gold at the end of the rainbow?

for the last two weeks there has been a total volume of 92.58m.
Of which there were 3.6m more buys. This is out of a total 1,210,000,000, shares. Dont forget that is for two weeks. At the start of those two weeks the price was 0.177p and on friday the last price was 0.16p. So a drop of 0.017p over the two weeks. which totals £2,057. but for that drop the Market cap was reduced by £205,170. So as you can see for a purchase of £5,760 of shares, the market cap was reduced by £205,170. Now these numbers have not been made up buy me, they are taken from the ADVFN trades site.

So again for a purchase of 3.6m shares, for a cost of £5,760, the Market cap was reduced by £205,170.

THIS INFO HAS BEEN PRODUCED FOR HOLDERS, Who may be interested.

“I will be getting some more next week. I become more convinced every passing week”

If you change “week” to “brain cell” it makes more sense. Glad to help.

Bionic. What about the imaginary revenue stream from Aprilevka via Gulf International Minersls Ltd whose accounts say

“Going concern
There are no plans to inject further funds into the Aprelevka joint venture until negotiations with the Tajik Government on the company's 49% share have been concluded. The interest in the joint venture is carried in the balance sheet at cost.”

And whose balance sheet say they have no cash anyway?

So, what will have the biggest effect on the share price
Will it be the new imaginary finance deal, or the money from the imaginary diamonds

Kemche

If i were going to invest $15m plus, and had the chance to buy about 20% of the company ,I would want to get the shares as cheap as possible. After all he will know the Sp would rise massively on the finance news. The only chance he will have to make money on this news, is by having his 20% of shares rise. After all the finance part will be at a percentage, so would not be effected by the rise. There would be a lot to agree on before the agreement would be agreed. One being the renewal of the permit. I would not be surprised if there were not some warrants added at a lot higher price also.
AIMO.

Successful investing is a marathon

Not a aprint

I am sure Kemche will agree with me that VAST must be successful because they are so good at aprint of new shares.

So, what will have the biggest effect on the share price
Will it be the new finance deal, or the money from the diamonds. Could be making a profit at BP, or the earnings from the Aprelevka goldmines. Or the money from the PGM sales. Or could it be the renewal of the permit to continue the work at BP. How about getting Manaila back up and running. Or how about the drilling results that have been on going for over a year, and are set to be completed in a few months. A lot of this is reliant on getting about $15m debt finance. If vast were in another part of the world, they would have been taken out years ago. Lets see how all this plays out.

Excellent find GF! No doubt the shorters and the MMs will ignore that too. No wonder AP thinks the asset value is £200m.

I will be getting some more next week. I become ever more convinced with every passing week.

Just a reminder of other assets vast have in Romania.

Initial estimates related to the porphyry style mineralisation at Magura Neagra have indicated an exploration target (non JORC compliant) of up to 3,000Mt of ore to a depth of 600m, at grades up to 0.8% Cu & 0.5g/t Au”

Piciorul Zimbrului & Magura Neagra are known collectively as Zagra.

MAGURA NEAGRA
The 21km2 Magura Neagra prospecting Permit is located in the Zagra-Telciu area in Bistrita-Nasaud County of Romania and lies adjacent to Vast’s Piciorul Zimbrului licence.

Historical prospecting activities undertaken by the state exploration company IPEG Cluj during the period 1986-1993, identified five polymetallic veins ranging in widths from 0.30m-5.00m, together with an 800-metre-long zone of disseminated sulphide mineralisation which was intersected in an underground drive accessed by means of a surface adit (Gallery 47). The underground drives are developed from elevations ranging between 972m amsl-1,340m amsl representing a vertical extent or exposure of 368m.

A spatial analysis of the vein system, areas of intense silicification and occurrences of disseminated mineralisation may indicate the possible presence of a porphyry copper type mineralising system together with mineralised veins containing gold, silver, molybdenum, lead and zinc.

Porphyry style copper mineralisation appears to be associated with the vein systems, and with areas of intensely silicified sandstones with disseminated sulphide impregnations. Initial estimates, by the Romanian state exploration company IPEG Cluj, related to the porphyry style mineralisation, have indicated an exploration target (non-JORC compliant) of up to 3,000Mt of ore to a depth of 600m, at grades ranging from 0.4% copper (“Cu”) and 0.3g/t gold (“Au”) up to 0.8% Cu and 0.5g/t Au.

PICIORUL ZIMBRULUI
The 10km2 Piciorul Zimbrului prospecting permit is located in the Zagra-Telciu area in Bistrita-Nasaud County of Romania and lies adjacent to Vast’s Magura Neagra licence.

Following initial prospecting work, Vast completed a drilling programme focussing on six previously identified veins with associated copper and gold mineralisation along an underground drive developed for 820m at an elevation of 835m above main sea level.

Previous exploration activities, conducted by IPEG Cluj, the former state exploration company, included 1,200m of underground development and underground diamond drilling, along with 862m surface diamond drilling and geological mapping over an area of 4.0km2. Several trenches and pits totalling 238m and 3,484m3 were excavated on surface.

In addition to the six veins on which drilling has taken place, a further two veins with associated polymetallic mineralisation were investigated with an additional two veins exhibiting gold, silver, and antimony mineralisation, which were encountered in the underground development at an elevation of +950m amsl.

All the veins are hosted within Paleocene sandstones and the full extent of the veins has not been defined. Mention is made in literature of exploration activities undertaken in 1981 for disseminated porphyry copper in the silicified sandstones.
