29/4/2024 16:48 | If people are still in denial about state of company then there is no helping them. Production still constrained as has not raised capital needed following RNS 14th February. Alpha obviously no longer willing to extend debt and payment schedule legally put in place. Payment to be made via refinancing to a large extent. So potentially looking at dilution as well as cannot see any funds via another source. First payment due in 7 days if no extension allowed. With Vasts track record unlikely to make this date as financing still needs to be secured by Swiss company. Looking more likely like dilution. Mercuria debt also now due so looks like Vast has been unable to make payments to reduce debt as now standing at £9.4m, same as February. Was supposed to reduce by £50,000 on each concentrate payment. They have confirmed first payment received via new agreement so has received sales proceeds. Return of diamonds - Acknowledgement this is outside of Vasts control and cannot provide any transparency on when they will be received. My opinion is that Debt holders no longer believe Vasts claims on their return. PGM samples have had mixed results so needs to be broken up to achieve sales. It's going to be a longer process to secure sales and has affected finance position. Promising position is Tajikistan. It's just going to take time for this to contribute meaningful income. It's got more legs than any other income stream at this stage. I'm failing to see any other positives. Have I missed anything? | harps01

29/4/2024 15:41 | "Mining at a loss for a fledgling mining company is nothing new" That isn't true. It's one thing to run up a bit of debt when you are starting up , but to continually pay more to get it out of the ground than it's worth is unheard of. So not only are they not paying off debt , it is increasing. Anyway , they are no longer a fledgling company. | bionicdog
29/4/2024 15:32 | For, all well and good, but it has been running 6 plus years with no chance of profit in the mines it has, in the mines lifetimes, makes no odds for JORC, if they were worth it, they would of done it years ago, waiting on what ifs is not in mosts ideas, and until they do even something, this is shot now, and heading for several share issues and quite possibly after this amount of time in dire straits, bankruptcy, delisting etc. | leewink1

29/4/2024 14:26 | Mining at a loss for a fledgling mining company is nothing new....lets wait and see what the Jorc report says for future reserves? | forfaiter1
29/4/2024 14:12 | When it is available, which it is not, and also, by the time it is, the mine life would of expired, it has been years now in the waiting, and PI are bailing fast, make of that what you will, but when you mine at loss for years, there is nothing on the horizon to be any different, because they have no money to invest to make it any better. | leewink1

29/4/2024 13:41 | On Bloomberg predicting increased global demand for copper due to technology and EV demand......MA activity to increase due to the time it takes for a fledgling copper producers to reach production due to cost of set up....Vast well placed for investment at this point in time....for future growth | forfaiter1
