13/4/2024 14:58 | Even rock solid companies on AIM have been hammered so you can see how the poorer performers like VAST has taken a pasting. And will remain so. This from another board:An interesting article in today's Times headed "Aimless: How London's junior market was hollowed out"It talks about how unrealistically low many AIM share prices are.It quotes Gervais Williams of Premier Miton saying "The UK is cheap, but small caps are disgustingly, absurdly cheap". He says that he believes a broad rally in UK listed shares is coming, with the FTSE 100 index flirting with a record high. This, he believes, will result in a "positive virtuous spiral" that will boost smaller listed companies. He says "I'm more bullish now than I have been for 30 years."The article explains about some companies planning to leave AIM and go private which will enable them to raise money at effectively a higher company valuation, than the AIM share price driving them to raise money by issuing shares at a low price. It quotes the example of biotech C4X which has a share price 90% lower than 10 years ago despite striking three big deals with Astra Zeneca. The company is currently only valued at £23 million on AIM. Redx is also 90% down from its 2015 listing despite partnering four major deals over the past five years. | shortsqueezer
13/4/2024 12:45 | I note jungmana was sent out to reply. I bet it was no more than a one liner. Well as most people dont even read their comment any more, why bother wasting time here, when there are lots of other threads to visit. But i may be mistaken, as he was ticked up 3 times for his comment. Or just maybe, no, no one is that sad and lonely. | gold finger 1
13/4/2024 10:01 | All vast does is dilute to hell, consolidate and repeat. Vast is among the top 1% worst performing shares on AIM over the past 10 years.here is the vast record:10 to 1 share consolidation in 2014 100 to 1 share consolidation in 2021And now the recent 6 to 1 consolidation in 2024.Top lifestyle company for the BOD and their mates.AVOID | jungmana
13/4/2024 08:40 | Spot on! Indeed a sad life to be criticising others and continually rubbishing stocks! They have so much time on their hands, lonely sad people! | hopeful25
13/4/2024 08:36 | The more I look into the actions of a troll, the more I learn why they do it.First of all they have no friends, most likely live on their own. Being human means we like to be sociable. Meaning we like the company of others. Well if you have no friends or family around you, how do you get human contact. Well the best way is to post on social media sites. But unless you disagree with the subject on that site, the chances are you are going to be just ignored. Having a opposite opinion to what the thread is all about, will get you noticed. So they get what they crave, human contact. They may be joined by other people in the same predicament as themselves. Or if they feel they need more attention, they will add other avatars to back them up.You see they will deny this. What else would you expect. They will spin it back to holders being exactly the same. But as these threads were originally designed for holders of said stock, that is why they come on here. The vast majority of holders that have sold, move on. Not the lonely troll. He is just after attention. | gold finger 1
