can't believe people believe AP put millions into purchasing Vast shares. The recent demonstration just shows how wrong these people are. Thetransaction for over £2.5 million was shares given to AP in consideration of his minority interest in BP. A value based upon future cash flow from mining based upon data in the public domain. We all know how incorrect their projections have been and value were and continue to be off the scale as shown by current market value for the company. The consideration should have been independently verified by third party valuation. Instead it was done by supposedly independent directors and we all know how AIM works.We also know that previous CEO had called this a life style company so even more need for transparency.

Anyway the fact is no money exchanged hands and it was actually a share consideration payment to AP. It's meant shareholders have had to fully fund this loss making project ever since.

How are they going to pay for all these projects?......cash outflow at the last interim results was $6m for 6 months to the end of October 2023 with falling revenues......True BP may have turned a corner but by how much ?

Ice everything vast is and will go up in price.
The Blueberry site will get sold in a IPO one day. I can also see vast managing it for a cost. The 22.4g/t of gold were obtained from historic soil sampling. That is as good as an ounce a ton.

Blueberry Exploration Perimeter – 10% of the Company’s 29.41% interest The Blueberry Project is a 7.285km² brownfield area of prospectively in the Golden Quadrilateral region of Romania located in the immediate vicinity of the Baia de Aries Mine. Historic work across the perimeter area has demonstrated prospectively for gold and polymetallic mineralisation where sample values of up to 22.4g/t of gold were obtained from historic soil sampling. A drilling programme and assaying has been completed which has delivered sufficient information to support an Inferred JORC Mineral Resource for gold and other polymetallic minerals in one or more of several distinct breccia pipes.

The Blueberry exploration perimeter is owned by Blueberry Ridge Minerals SRL in turn owned by EMA Resources Ltd. In the year to 31 July 2019, the last year for which accounts are available, no profit or loss is attributable to the Blueberry exploration perimeter.

Piciorul Zimbrului – 10% The 10km² Piciorul Zimbrului prospecting permit is located in the Zagra-Telciu area in Bistrita Nasaud County of Romania and lies adjacent to the Company’s Magura Neagra licence. The Company has undertaken a drilling programme focussing on 6 previously identified veins with associated gold and copper mineralisation along an underground drive developed for 820m. The results to date are as expected, and when full results are to hand the Company will be applying for a full exploitation licence.

No profit or loss is attributable to Piciorul Zimbrului in the year ended 30 April 2020.

Magura Neagra – 10%The 21km² Magura Neagra prospecting permit is located in the Zagra-Telciu area in Bistrita Nasaud County of Romania and lies adjacent to the Company’s Piciorul Zimbrului licence. The Company has undertaken a drilling programme targeting sets of polymetallic veins together with areas of disseminated sulphide mineralisation. The results to date are as expected, and when full results are to hand the Company will be applying for a full exploitation licence.

No profit or loss is attributable to Magura Neagra in the year ended 30 April 2020.

In addition, the Transaction Assets include potential interests in former Romanian state owned mines including Remin (10%)

now as i dont have anything before this date AP had 18,438736 shares, so lets do them at 0.60 each. so a total price of £11,063.

So i make that he holds 5,177,524 shares today at a value of £17,603.
That will bring a smile to some faces.
Only a fool would say he has no skin in the game.
