Vantis plc ("Vantis" or "the Company") 
Issue of Equity & Total Voting Rights 
Vantis plc announces that application has been made for an additional 14,034 
new ordinary shares of 10 pence each ("New Ordinary Shares") to be admitted to 
trading on AIM. 
The New Ordinary Shares were issued and allotted at a price of 44 pence each for 
cash. 
Trading in the New Ordinary Shares is expected to commence on 30 December 2009 
and, subsequent to their issue, the total number of ordinary shares in issue is 
58,828,344. 
The above figure of 58,828,344 may be used by shareholders as the denominator 
for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify 
their interest in, or a change to their interest in the Company, under the 
Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
