If that were true @jp and Adam was saying that the THX situation was fantastic and they were releasing an RNS before the zoom then it would be insider information.
Shareholders position prejudiced by not having the same information to make an informed decision as another key shareholder.

He really should be made an official NED and abide by director dealing rules if this is the situation.

Rns dated 30th june 2022 on extension of exclusivity period for Theoremrx on 201 funding.
Its states on para 3 “A further update will be made in due course”
If Theoremrx couldnt get funds then we would have been told already via official rns!
Conclusion. Theoremrx will get funds and everything on course.
Director buys. Options. Cenkos incentive
