Dividend Declaration

 

US Solar Fund plc (LON: USF (USD)/USFP (GBP)) is pleased to announce its Q1 2024 dividend of 0.56 cents per Ordinary Share further to the announcement on 24 April 2024 and in line with its annual dividend target of 2.25 cents per Ordinary Share. The dividend will be paid as timetabled below:

o	Ex-Dividend Date: 13 June 2024
o	Record Date: 14 June 2024
o	Payment Date: 5 July 2024

 

Of this dividend declared of 0.56 cents per Ordinary Share, none of the dividend has been designated as an interest distribution.
