URU announces that, following the completion of an independent third-party shareholder register analysis of depositary interest holdings, received on 22 July 2019, the Company is aware of the following significant shareholders, being those with an interest in over 3% of the ordinary issued share capital of the Company as at 1 July 2019.

URU has no further information pursuant to Rule 17 Schedule Five of the AIM Rules for Companies in respect of any dealings by the above mentioned shareholders in the ordinary share capital of the Company.
