I posted the snippet from the RNS that states Zorbas has accrued $761000 due to him "in the year". All of which URU will have to generate for him, whether thats cash or donuts is irrelevant, it's him lining his pockets, not yours. Which part of that simple statement don't you get? Still, nice to see you've closed the short you never had.

Included in trade and other payables in note 14 are amounts accrued in respect of fees and salary of directors' of the Company in the year totalling $785,000 being amounts due to J.Zorbas (31 March 2019:$761,000)); J Vieira ($40,000, (31 March 2019:$44,000)); K. Appleby $22,000 (31 March 2019: $16,000) and H. Kloepper ($12,000,(31 March 2019:$13,000)).

Mass DU Pap be fair to Zorbas he didn’t take 750k out the pot per year. He is owed that after 4/5 years of salaries not paid.

Looking at MRS it was 15p, suspended and then Zorbas raised at 5p. So could a raise here be as low as 50p? Maybe to old mates? Can't see them having much of that $78k left from September so won't have to wait long. Also got Zorbas's cannabis outfit needing to sell up their 15% at some point, something they declared a while back, or have they just written it off like Zorbas had to with MRS? Just my opinions as ever, dyor, etc

Looks more like Pan Pacific Aggregates and that rogue William Voaden every day!

Another 12 months just to get the environmental done and next to nothing left in the pot. They're going to have to double the shares in issue to get any decent amount. Classic string 'em along share. They stretched the last phase of doing nothing as far as they could while Zorbas lived it up, now it's phase 2 where they string punters along with this license.

I can only see this dropping significantly with cash needed urgently and little to get anyone excited for at least 12 months.
