It isn't just the R|NS from this morning, it is the one from 4.25PM yesterday too...
It is not just a 2p option being exercised... It's options to advisers and contractors who will know more more about the business than you and I, and those are at a massive premium of 6p and 9p.

The RNS also states "The Options granted above were in recognition of the Company's recent capital raises which have allowed the Company to finance the initial phases of its current technical programme and its operational cashflow requirements for at least the next 12 months"

So the next 12 months should be placing free. It is fantastic news and in addition to that there is drilling news now to be shared the beginning of next week..."Further to the announcement of 6 April 2017, the Company has been informed that preliminary results from the laboratory on the magnetite test work will be available by the beginning of next week."

So a lot more than just a few shares being purchased at 2p!!!!

Ramping with little substance.

Talk of a large Ni resource compared to existing mines IF it gets into production (could say this about many way larger resources). IF. The grade is low and the metal price is low. Very little has been done since 2012. Unlikely profitable now.

Just BS management confidence talk. Investing for amateurs - just talk about management confidence - without mentioning their self-interest as large holders in doing premium placings etc. Forget funding, progress etc.

Also the Zeb costings while vague to begin with have yet to be updated for the lower Ni and Fe price. Doubt it is profitable.

Why the rise?

If they are not going to raise cash for 12 months then how can they afford a lithium asset? They don't have much cash. And any lithium asset they do buy will unlikely justify the current mcap.

Warrant options at a higher price are meaningless, anyone can issue them, does not mean the price will go there.

Like a premium placing - what was that all about?
