Weirdly enough, yes.

URA has since the last update bought into another of Melissa's companies Ananda who are into medical cannabis.... and also making increasing losses from what I can see. They are on NEX. I'm not sure why they didn't make it public knowledge but it happened last year and details are on their website.

I was just looking to gift these shares because ii are adding charges to my otherwise dead account. Now they want to charge me for certificates or tell me to gift the shares. In the meantime, they keep adding fees.

Yes, the lack of investor information from these directors makes you wonder how they justify taking the cash.

I see they are awarding themselves salaries for failure gain. Shame on them and a pox on their houses.

So i checked out the Ann Greenburg link . . . AI Entertainments is there and when you click on the link a red warning triangle and exclamation mark , and "not secure" in red , comes up on the address bar . . . not a good start for an AI enterprise i thought . . . pressed on and theres nothing there , just a box to put your email to get news about the launch . . . so 10 days from getting something sorted and the company we're supposed to be investing in hasn't launched . . . lol .

I had an email about warrants , when i looked at my holding with the broker , it said warrants nil , and shares still what i bought originally . . so i left it as it was . . . . . .thanks for Greenburg link Andre , will check it out .

In my opinion the warrants were issued as an intended sweetener to shareholders after the company had shafted them, I can't be bothered to look back but I think the acquisition should have been completed before the warrants expired and perhaps the company thought the share price would have been higher than .9 but wtfdik, after all I invested in this shower and have lost faith and money.

It seems so long ago I can't remember the details, but I think during the name change and consolidation shareholders were issued warrants, the contact I had was a reminder that these warrants were nearing the expiration date and would I like to convert, to be honest I've written these off as another aim disaster, but wtfdik, definitely not converting as things stand.

What's the chances of an extension of the deal is almost done, but not done by the deadline?
