29/8/2018 10:21 | nice to see a couple of large buys this morning! no movement in share price though! | darren81
29/8/2018 09:57 | thanks neft when doing a google search of "urals energy" + surname I can see results returned for a few (seems to be re holdings) but first names don't match up | darren81
29/8/2018 09:48 | God knows Neft, those names look like a bloody eye test to me. | chavitravi2
29/8/2018 09:46 | That doesn't sound good no matter how you look at it the whole board being replaced. What did they do wrong? | chavitravi2
29/8/2018 09:43 | DECISION:It just lists who has been elected to the board. Are any of these Urals or Petrosakh people:1. Freydis Yuri Lipavich2. Zemlyanukhin Nikolay Viktorovich3. Igilin Kirill Vadimovich4. Sergey Nikolaevich5. Petrenko Andrey Leonidovich6. Shestakov Vladimir Valentinovich7. Novopashin Denis Ardalionovich | neftanik
29/8/2018 08:53 | thanks amaragosa. If that is indeed the case I would've thought it would definitely warrant an RNS , no appointments to the board when they thought they'd get three isn't a great outcome! | darren81
29/8/2018 08:45 | Darren, there's someone on the BB with a Russian-speaking wife, who offered to translate such exhibits, so that would be a more reliable source of info than my 2nd hand info. Alternatively, as Allenby seems to consider this non-RNS information, the Company can comment on it at will. From my perspective it appears to report on the Extraordinary shareholders meeting of the Port, the resignation of the previous BoD and appointment of the new one consisting of 7 new people. On the surface it would seem no one UEN-related made it on to the BoDs. | amargosa
29/8/2018 08:06 | Google translate doesn't seem to be playing ball for this website, what does it say? | darren81
28/8/2018 23:07 | It's the results of the Port's AGM. | amargosa
28/8/2018 22:14 | Can’t make head nor tail of that link amargosa, what does it translate as? | darren81
28/8/2018 22:01 | That’s not the impression I got, it was more along the lines that this was just a small deal and did not warrant an RNS confirming or denying it. | darren81
28/8/2018 21:18 | It does sound odd that Allenby are talking about perhaps UEN not having anyone on the board - if I read correctly what you have said. I guess this could answer the question or raise even more.. hxxps://disclosure.1 | amargosa
28/8/2018 13:38 | I just spoke to Alex Brearly from Allenby (in case others want to call), he was of the opinion that the company's investment in the port was a minor one and whether appointments were made to board or not probably didn't warrant an RNS in itself. I pointed out that given current market cap, the investment accounted for about 1/6 of the market value of the company and in no way represents a "minor" investment. I asked him to communicate this to the company. | darren81
28/8/2018 10:27 | Yes, darren, hope, but at what point is this 'new' management replaced - if this drill is a dud or the next? | amargosa
28/8/2018 09:34 | Lets hope that with rig issues resolved and the drill team now more familiar with the geology of the field, after this well is completed, they can drill other wells at a rate not too dissimilar to PTR amargosa. If other wells have a similar depth of 2200m then at 50m per day we should be at target depth in 1.5 months, meaning another 2 wells could be completed before year end - that's the dream :-) | darren81
28/8/2018 09:26 | PTR spud a well on 2 Aug (2018) and drill to TD of 2500m, releasing results on 28 Aug (2018). I'm assuming they were drilling through Victoria Sponge Cake. | amargosa
28/8/2018 08:56 | Nick Naylor is away on annual leave so I spoke to Richard Breerly (?) briefly. If you tel him you speak to nick regularly you may have more success. | kingkongtimmo
28/8/2018 08:15 | Who did you speak to timmo? Given that they thought a rise of <20%, even though the company was massively undervalued in terms of assets, warranted an intraday RNS a few years ago, I would've thought appointments of directors to the board of another company that we're invested in would be worthy of an RNS!!!! I will call them later today to ask why, perhaps others can call too - the more noise they get the more likely they are to speak to the company / RNS | darren81
28/8/2018 08:06 | I spoke to Allenby capital last week and was under the impression that we wouldn't hear anything but that's reading between the lines | kingkongtimmo
28/8/2018 08:03 | That is true Martyn but they are supposed to release news as soon as they can, given the meeting was yesterday they've had quite a while to get it organised - especially given Moscow is 2 hours ahead of London | darren81
28/8/2018 07:56 | Darren uen have a tendancy to issue rns at odd times of the day for some reason,we could well see something today. | martyn9
28/8/2018 07:53 | Strange that we haven't seen an RNS this morning with an update on director appointments to the port's board, I would've thought this would require an update! Will call Allenby at lunchtime/later today, as in meetings this morning, to ascertain why they don't think this warrants an RNS. | darren81
24/8/2018 12:40 | I will have some more funds towards the end of September and could potentially add more then. I've been doing my topping up sub-£1 though and really hoping that after drill results we never see these levels again! | darren81 |
