As I said mate, the way we ship oil means its hard to put a number on daily income.. I could say 80 USD if I see brent higher in April as thats what it will work out at....

But ultimately we are subject to the brent price for around 2 weeks of a year for pricing purposes.......

The current income though before Tax etc would currently be around 140,000 US

But half the production sits in tanks and is shipped twice a year so no daily income from that.

70$ x 2,000... IF we do get a brent premium then this is higher.

Could also be higher if production has edged up.. Yes this is pre tax and costs. I understand we are weighted towards when the tanker sales, but it is not practical to forecast that price for a daily view.

One large buy and the touch paper is lit again imo. Mm's being slowly drained of stock. This has to be the oil bargain of 2018.

Good to see a decent rise this week - that has been maintained, pity the MMs have such a large spread which discourages trading!

Lets hope for a Friday afternoon deadline (just like school/uni) for the report and then release to the market on Monday :-)

They are either filling a buy or short of stock. We have had a quieter day today, could be busier tomorrow and won't take much tonpush this on again. I think 100p is imminent.

Certainly seemed odd today when earlier against about 7k buys there was about 25k sells and they put the price up 1p on the two large ish sells. Hence my comment at the time about mm's being weird and wonderful.

I think they are also trying to minimise the action here and calm down the buying with the spread till they have a few more shares. Consistent drop of buys going through though.

How about someone doing a dummy 5k/10k buy and see if they would have filled it?
That will be telling.

I don't know what to make of it. Sellers are getting hammered, that 6.5k sell only got 81.7p and asking 88p+ on small buys. If they are filling an order they are not tempting sellers IMO. In fact they not tempting anyone with this spread either way.
The only possible upside is they will be putting off day traders.

Problem with UEN is that they can't turn a profit, that's why they are valued so low.
