Posted at 28/10/2021 19:59 by darren81 A tanker and tug offshore at Art currently, looks like a second shipment of the year there.2020 accounts still not submitted though and still zero communication from the board. Terrible investor relations and I fear they’ll never get better. |
Posted at 23/7/2021 13:05 by darren81 Below link to Cyprus Company register indicates 3 years worth of accounts were filed back in Aprilhxxps://efiling.drco Will look at how to request access to view the accounts. Would’ve thought the company would’ve added to the company website though to keep investors informed |
Posted at 18/5/2020 13:27 by darren81 Let’s hope it is a listing there, if so then we won’t be screwed - can’t really expect to get new investors onboard from the listing if they’ve ripped off shareholders from the past listing. On a positive note, it looks like POO is increasing again. Seems like China is now back to almost pre-crisis consumption. Lots of people driving to work could potentially lead to even higher consumption. Downside is extra pollution. |
Posted at 05/2/2020 21:02 by takeachance1 I agree Pezza. I am more than happy to join the group along with other fellow investors. |
Posted at 19/12/2019 11:45 by takeachance1 I also suggest (please), other investors bombard the company with emails. Having spoken to the receptionist (+7 495 795 0300), all the emails are being received and are being forwarded to the person who is responsible (supposedly) for responding (yeah rite!) to the emails. The email addresses are; shareholders@uralsen And info@uralsenergy.ru |
Posted at 17/12/2019 23:24 by takeachance1 Im trying to canvass investors thoughts here. How productive would it be to contact one or two tabloids in Moscow, to inform them how the shareholders are being treated. Genuine responses please. |
Posted at 12/12/2019 12:41 by rcturner2 The stake owned by private investors is so small it will be completely ignored. |

Posted at 14/9/2019 19:17 by amargosa Maximov was actually pretty good at comms when CEO - remember the conference call, interview with Proactive investors and his numerous interactions with the USG. I'm still not convinced there is anything tangible for a legal team to get to grips with yet. Apart from not much public info in 6 months (not illegal), what would the charge be? |
Posted at 29/7/2019 14:31 by topicel Darren, forgive me, but you speak of 'investor sentiment' but that would require investors. As I understand it the company is no longer publicly listed and therefore there are no 'investors' as you have put it.There is a lot of sour sentiment, that I will grant you, but as even Chav has recognised, there is no 'investment' any more. Or do you think they will somehow decide to bring back the listing, with all the costs and trouble that will bring, when clearly it would not be in their interests to do so? I see no reason for them to even mention the tanker and what they get for the oil if they don't want to. It is their oil and their business...I've not met many crooks/villains give back their ill-gotten gains if they don't have to. Topicel |
