Cannot work out why so many largish volume sells below the last placing price of 0.7p...any thoughts!

Probably just another one of nlmbidc throw away remarks. The share price continues to allude to this disappointing again.

Unless something happens in the next 45 minutes the price action does not suggest so!

"As part of the Placing and Subscription, Chris Pitman, CEO, has subscribed for 7,142,857 new ordinary shares of no par value in the Company at 0.7p per share" I am sure he bought them like the rest of us to see the price go up! 10% down today when POO is on the rise

Lol of course not, why would such a statement mean the same thing at Upl.

Obfuscation in all it's glory.

To close deals leads one to believe that the money was all that was needed does it not?

'near term' is a few weeks or a couple of months. Anything longer and it should be 'next quarter'

You have to remember how many steps are involved. The first (now they have the data) is to sign up a partner or two.

The Company presently has several near term highly attractive transformational licence opportunities under review in South East Asia including Sarawak, Brunei and wider Malaysia, together with its present licence interests in the Tunisia and the United Kingdom.

I know all that but the raise was partly to close 'new deals'...that needs to happen.Cannot raise funds and then the deal 'conveniently' fall through

Tyler, it depends on the field size of resources & where the break even price is - otherwise that also stands for all O&G co's based on the low price of oil

Our sector isn't in favour at the moment - Biotech co's are at present - but that doesn't mean we should pass on all small O&G co's

2 weeks since the £470k was raised. Time we put it to use. Not worth keeping it in the bank with interest rates so low
