Steve

explain how they are sells when the trades are priced at 3.45 and 3.6, and the bid has never been above 3.3, yet the offer HAS been 3.6.

If that were the case then share price should be heading up and not down right?

How can they be late sells when the price of the trade is higher than the offer price all day.Definitely buys. Before posting it's worth looking at the trade price.

More late sells too judging by the share price action.

What sort of time table is it for Sarawak/North Africa when will drilling take place approximately ?

If you're in it for long haul you could be alright as one out of three might just come in.

....if you are someone solely taking a punt on Wick you can afford to wait a few weeks yet before it hots up...but Sarawak and/or North Africa news before spud might up the entry price.

...me...I am happy to just hold and wait...and watch the THREE eggs in the basket !

From Argyle's link yesterday, quoting Staley "We plan to have some assets that are relatively low-risk but offer less reward – [...] – alongside larger, potentially higher-risk sites – like Wick in the UK".So the CEO sees Wick as potentially higher risk (and commensurate higher reward), which might account for the market's relatively subdued response so far.

Anyone selling now is crazy. The massive upside that is so clear to see should be seeing huge institutional buying here imho.

...this may be a little out of date but helps fill in some small gaps of our understanding of the current situation...

And this re Wick...

"The licence area benefits from an extensive 3D dataset. Upland continues to interpret the data and believes additional, attractive prospects are likely to be found in the permit area."

"With a, “a conservative NPV of only $7.50/bbl indicates an unrisked valuation of up to US$225m net to Upland”, this prospect alone has the potential to be transformational."
