I am a UPGS shareholder and in the last three weeks I am the only one who has posted anything about the company...there is a site visit next week as well btw. Sadly only four have signed up for that so clearly most invest from home or work and do not wish to meet management which is a shame.

How is that spam if it 100% relates to UPGS ? Shareholders will want to know they can meet the company and I am sure some will write a report. We even film some to help investors as evidently some prefer to stay at home all day and stay behind a screen

I may be wrong but I believe the directors lock in period post ipo ended last week. At least one of the directors in the past transferred a boat load of shares to family. Might increase the shares in circulation. Surprised SCSW didn't mention brexit. Company seems well positioned from statements it has made, using Dover etc.

Tips come and go. I don't rate SCSW. Its a bit of a con magazine in my view. All that matters is whether or not the company is growing and improving its business with an intelligent fanatic CEO. I believe that this is a long term growth story which is why I invested in the first place, albeit too soon! Good solid progress is what we need this year. Hopefully even more progress next year.

Little different here john . In the end i know what happed before but this company has huge potential in my opinion . Look at the brands . Thee German and European angle . The dividend . And remember the major shareholders have good history and hold a huge amount of stock . I have been buying on the fall Fingers crossedThe SCSW tip can only be positive . I thought it was well written.I accept of course that SCSW have had some shockers recently in the form of tips , though
