Richard Smith (Chief Executive Officer) and Joe Lister (Chief Financial Officer) were each awarded shares, deferred for 2 years, in respect of a portion of their bonus for the 2019 Financial Year. This 2-year deferral period has now passed and, after deducting for income tax and national insurance, 2,685 and 2,185 shares respectively have vested.
