    BLUE BELL, Pa. & LONDON--(BUSINESS WIRE)--March 10, 2003--

Unisys Corporation (NYSE: UIS) said today that it will present at two
investor conferences this week.

On Monday, March 10, Unisys Chief Financial Officer Janet Haugen will
present at the Lehman Brothers Global Software and IT Services
Conference being held in Half Moon Bay, California. The Unisys
presentation will begin at 2 p.m. West Coast Time (5 p.m. Eastern
Time).

On Tuesday, March 11, Unisys Investor Relations Officer Jack F. McHale
will present at the Credit Suisse First Boston 5th Annual Global
Services Growth Conference in Phoenix, Arizona. The Unisys
presentation will begin at 11:10 a.m. Mountain Time (1:10 p.m. Eastern
Time).

Unisys will provide live, listen-only Webcasts of both presentations
on its Investor Web site at

Webcasts will be available on the Unisys Investor Web site for about
10 days following the live events.
