09/8/2018 07:15 | wooly you can trust STEPHEN O HARA he has built a number of companies from start up then sold the companies for million of £s. but you have to feel good in yourself about OPTIBIOTIX believe me wooly it took some doing for me but reading ELRICOs reports and a couple of others i dont think i would have bought, but now WOW i am so glad i did the thought of OPTIBIOTIX being above £11+ per share makes me feel very good indeed, and the SWEETBIOTIX spin of i aint going to miss that NO WAY. -------------------- EDIT wooly here is another post from a very trusted poster riskybusiness1 8 Aug '18 - 17:27 - 39595 of 39615 0 8 0 Definitely wait until the Pharma contract worth 7 figures which does not include the eventual royalty payments to be announced before slicing. Also throwing away the SBTX divi which SOH has made clear will be happening pretty soon from recent comments. Pharma contract will turn Opti in to a biopharmaceutical company which changes the entire dynamics of the valuation. | ![]() humphries1

06/8/2018 13:29 | hi wooly read this Primal123 6 Aug '18 - 13:08 - 39386 of 39387 0 12 0 I asked SOH about the appointment today and how Sean has managed big companies. “You have to evolve the board and executive team according to the changing needs of the company. Sean will bring experience of building a £100m company to over a £bn. There’s a long way to go but we have made a start.” | ![]() humphries1
06/8/2018 07:46 | hi wooly just spotted this on OPTI another step in this amazing story. 06 August 2018 OptiBiotix Health plc ("OptiBiotix" or the "Company") Proposed directorate change OptiBiotix Health plc (AIM: OPTI), a life sciences business developing compounds to tackle obesity, high cholesterol, diabetes and skin care, announces that subject to the completion of normal regulatory due diligence, Sean Christie will be appointed as Non-Executive Director. Sean has a wealth of international experience in the food, ingredient and chemical sectors as Finance Director of Northern Foods plc (1996-2004) and Croda plc (2006-2015), a FTSE 100 company. During this time, he was actively involved in M&A activity helping Croda to grow to a GBP1.4bn turnover operating in 36 countries. Sean left Croda in 2015 and has subsequently taken on a number of Board positions in both AIM listed and private companies. Stephen O'Hara, CEO of OptiBiotix, commented: "I am delighted that Sean will join the Board. He brings a unique mix of sector specific financial, investor and M&A expertise and a strong track record of delivering revenue growth and creating shareholder value. His international network of contacts and wealth of experience on the Board of FTSE100 companies like Croda plc will help OptiBiotix build a substantive microbiome business across all its platforms. OptiBiotix is working in what is forecast to be one of the world's fastest growth areas and Sean's international sector specific expertise will help OptiBiotix continue to be one of the world's leaders in the exciting microbiome field. We will continue to evolve the Board and management team as we extend the global reach of our products and in-line with the continued growth and expansion of the Company." | ![]() humphries1
06/8/2018 07:09 | WOW wooly that would be great cancer is one hell of a nasty disease, i am in a company that can sort out breast cancer and prostate cancer using an old drug that was used for sorting out brain problems the drug RISPERIDONE, the company is called VALIRX the products OPTI uses are all natural, no chemical gear. wooly the institutions are wanting into OPTI now so there might be periods when share price stagnates so there orders can be filled might get a sharp spike up or down to take out stop loses the people put to protect them selves from loses, i would not use one at all. told a mate of mine about OPTI he bought a few days ago at 90p he is very happy he did, i also got him into ASOS a few years ago, i sold mine he still has his, i also told him to sell his premier oil and royal mail and bang the lot into opti now. if you do buy wooly keep some cash back for the SWEETBIOTIX float. EDIT wooly just because my mate trusts me on what to sell and buy, you must do what you want to do, i cant tell you to buy or sell anything, i just point to you some interesting facts about the company | ![]() humphries1

02/8/2018 13:38 | Hind sight humph if only we had it in hand lol | wulwirth
02/8/2018 07:30 | cheers wooly i must say there is no luck needed with OPTIBIOTIX, never have i been able to say that about any company, even when i had ASOS i bought the shares thinking they had some nice stuff, but i thought its bloody expensive, the kids have the money they were buying the products, i bought ASOS at 19p and sold them 9 months later at £1 80, i did check to see how they were doing a few years later to find them at £72 if i had sold them at that price it would have made me £14 million | ![]() humphries1 |
