11/5/2016 23:58 | Hi mate hows it going with you, bottom line they carried on while drawing full pay, if their pay stagnated to loss, as our investment did, they may have changed direction, why bother while salary is rolling in, regardless. £100k per annum from a loss making company is a disgrace, as was the pay taken by the bod. Lot of previous current company hierarchy have drained this company, sucked it dry, of money put forward by shareholders. IMHO Bell has recovered his money as Banker, remember the unnamed major shareholder holding vast amounts of shares, who appeared prior to complete disaster. Shareholders of the company have no idea how much money was raised from selling off the business, only info we have is that Smith has taken over the company with new partners. What a scam, perhaps he will inform his new partners that 365 will show profit 2017. Obviously Smith remains with BtB rights and any ongoing contracts, money from usa etc, without dead wood is probably making it pay and as secured his future. | wulwirth
10/5/2016 09:17 | Have to wonder why someone at ultrasis didn't take the bull by the horns and shake off dead wood, at an earlier point, all that money lost wasted, wages, hanger ons, holiday pay, pension funds, London premises, company vehicles etc, fed the demise. | wulwirth
