No mate, the authority are dealing with him, doubtful reply, pretty much like Smith.. Ongoing investigation AIM regulator started pre delisting, fraud squad, limited business complaints and possibly BB investigations, also on it. They will probably go the whole hog imo.

These things take years and obviously we get no benefit, what goes round maybe!!

Mindful the stock had value and business were sold for undisclosed amount.

Administrators do not come cheap, it wasn't Smith's money at risk, he doesn't care, probably came out smelling of roses, big enough to form a new partnership.

There is/was a loose connection with Bell within the new trio....well and truly stuffed with promise of return to profit. Kershaw brought in for specific reason.

Smith had £250000 to invest in ultrasis shares, hello.
