boldtrader, lots of investors that never post have obviously lost all their money, must total a vast amount.

JS can't be bothered to do anything he should be doing as CEO, except take our money and probably secure his future!

Maybe scammed earned enough to sit back?

JS boasted of £250k to invest, perhaps he has a money tree uh.

Disgraceful what has been done here, go bust with NHS and Public Sector Contracts, just isn't right, someone else will benefit from our investment.

We have to rely on future - tax relief....try and claw a bit back....

Ultrasis Plc, Ultrasis Uk Ltd administration, waterloo health clinic trading on licence. Ki Group etc who knows, Joggle vanished without comment, maybe returned to original owner? So far Kevin Hollick secured his future at ToHealth, very convenient, JS AK probably securing theirs right now IMHO.

Buyers found first imo, must be value for them to buy, then put into admin, get rid of debt and wipe out pi's.

Company new name will be? use one of 12 existing, who will run it?

It went something like this.

Alan Kershaw employed 14/05/2014.

June 2014 The rights to BtB was sold to Medtech NZ all right to the program.

19 August 2014 John Smith posted return to profit 2015.

29 September 2014 BMI Health contract.

Investors ramped in by Smiths comments, strengthened by the above and PS promise.

7 October 2014 Gerald and Michael resign.

20 October 2014 JS PAB AK, destroyed the share price and company prospects with false delist threat, never to recover.

PAB tries to become white Knight saviour with unsatisfactory offer of bail out, totally in JS and his favour, JS pledged £250k.

After destruction of ultrasis share price making it almost impossible to raise funds at junk level, HMRC helped PAB shoot himself in the foot and got just reward for his dealing here.....

The only companies in the Ultrasis group which are in administration at the present time are Ultrasis PLC and Screenetics UK Ltd.

But - Some of the websites listed below are assets of Ultrasis PLC (in administration), where this is the case they will be dealt with by the Joint Administrators.







Or 365 Health Solutions Limited, Get Fit Ltd, Mindtech Limited, Screenetics Uk Ltd, Ultramind Group PLC, Ultrasis (North America) Limited.

U2 has a number of interested buyers

BtB has an offer and is now exclusive - sale expected within the next two weeks

In an administration scenario such as this, any surplus realisations after costs and expenses of the administration will be distributed by the office holders in an order prescribed by statute.

In this order, shareholders are ranked behind secured, preferential and unsecured creditors of the company (i.e. including the employees and trade creditors).

Given' that we do not anticipate that there will be sufficient funds in the administration to pay these creditors in full, there will not be any surplus available to distribute to the shareholders'.

Administrators appointed to Ultrasis plc
Paul Flint and David Costley-Wood of KPMG LLP were appointed Joint Administrators of the healthcare company Ultrasis plc on Friday 9 October 2015.
At the date of the appointment, the company and its main trading subsidiary, Ultrasis UK Ltd, were operating two distinct business units: an occupational health clinic in London trading as the Waterloo Health Clinic, and an e-health business providing online healthcare services, primarily to mental health patients.
Immediately following their appointment, the Joint Administrators entered into an exclusivity agreement to sell the business and assets of the e-health operation. It is expected that this transaction will complete shortly.
The Joint Administrators also granted a new licence to trade the Waterloo Health Clinic to To Health Ltd, which has been trading the Waterloo Health Clinic since 7 August 2015 under a previous licence.
Paul Flint, Joint Administrator and associate partner at KPMG, said: 'We are hopeful of concluding a deal in short order to enable the sale of the two business units. Should a successful sale be achieved, this will ensure that those reliant on the e-health offering remain able to access those vital online applications when required.'
This appointment follows the appointment of Paul Flint and Brian Green of KPMG LLP as Joint Administrators of Screenetics UK Ltd, a subsidiary of the company, on 2 June 2015. Screenetics UK Ltd operated a standalone health screening business which was sold immediately following the appointment of the Joint Administrators in June.
