It seems Bell has some link to this as 365 was owned by Hexagon Care Services until shares trf to JS and STW.

Re Hexagin - PAB was a director until he resigned to be replaced by Glenn Bell.

Glenn Bell, Melissa Bell and PAB were all shareholders and STW also a director.

wulwirth, I am sorry to see this ending as I had figured it would and hope that things come good for you elsewhere in the future. It never was a good idea to put the running of the company into the hands of the sales manager, although I guess it might have had its advantages from the point of view of control.
