Director/PDMR Shareholding and Total Voting Rights

Insig AI plc (AIM: INSG), the data science and machine learning group, has been notified that, Richard Bernstein, Non-Executive Chairman of the Company, has purchased 100,000 ordinary shares of 1 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 19.0 pence per Ordinary Share (the "Purchase").

In addition, further to the announcement on 24 April 2023 in relation to the Company's equity subscription, 1,764,705 ordinary shares have been issued out of treasury (the "Subscription Shares"). Of these Subscription Shares, 291,503 have been issued to Richard Bernstein.

Following the Purchase and the 291,503 Subscription Shares issued to Mr Bernstein, his shareholding now stands at 14,641,503 Ordinary Shares in Insig AI, which represents 14.58% of Insig AI's total voting rights.

Total Voting Rights

Following the issue of 1,764,705 Subscription Shares on 27 April 2023 out of treasury, the issued share capital of the Company remains unchanged at 105,675,645 ordinary shares, whilst the total number of voting rights in the Company stands at 100,440,350. Shareholders may use this figure as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules. Following the transaction, the Company will hold 5,235,295 shares in treasury.
