Admission of issued shares

Catena announces that it has applied to the London Stock Exchange for 3,100,000 ordinary shares of 1 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") to be admitted to trading on AIM ("Admission"). It is expected that Admission will occur at 8.00 a.m. on 5 May 2021.

These 3,100,000 Ordinary Shares relate to Catena shares already issued, but not yet admitted to trading on AIM pursuant to the Company's previous Result of Equity Subscription announcement released on 1 October 2020 and Exercise of Warrants announcements released on 3 February, 1 March and 11 March 2021.

The total voting rights of the Company remains unchanged, with 42,661,638 Ordinary Shares in issue none of which are held in treasury, shareholders may use this figure as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
