I am sure we all wish you well nico115 and are very sorry to hear that you are suffering from severe metal health issues, which I can totally understand, as it is so easy to allow the actions that you have described to effect your well-being and maybe even your judgement.

However,if you let it go and just take the substantial profits you have or can make out of your investment, as I advised you to do on the thread many times, you may not feel the same anger and feel less hard done by.

You are most fortunate that you indeed have or will profit, unlike many investors in many companies that have been mislead and lied to and then go on, loosing all their investment unlike yourself.

Its good to talk remember, and I can assure you that if you turn your frustration into positive actions by helping others that have truly suffered life changing circumstances, you will find relief and pleasure and be able to fully obtain satisfaction in life, and benefit those close and around you.

In life you have many friends that you may not really be aware of at the times of stress and worry, much in the same way as young girls suffer from body image pressures and bullying and end up self harming, or starving themselves to the sadness of their true friends and family.

Reach out and help others, it will help you.

Owens lied to me so many times I lost count He knew he shafted me so he said Kyte got the cheap stock as he was a long term strategic investor Haha HahaOwens you really are the pits ,a low life
Posted at 12/8/2019 16:32 by clocktower
Solid support again today - Kyte`s selling is just handing stock over to someone that wants in before the big news I expect. Doing a friend a favour, and Kyte comes out with a very good profit on the ones he got at 5p

As you say, he still has plenty of skin in the mix.

If Kyte was a Strategic investor at the time the deal and was in an agreement with RB, is he not to be considered a member of a concert party - and if so should not a whitewash agreement have been made with the regulators at the time noco115? Maybe it was and I missed it.

Wow Kyte the strategic long term investor is selling !!Bernstein fell for it !!He and I was told Kyte would support Bernstein over the long term !!Haha..Owens pulled the wool over RB eyes!! I knew all along it was a lie!! Why RB allowed Owens/Kyte in at 5p is beyond me !! They were using my contact to profit Shame on Owens
Posted at 09/8/2019 15:52 by nico115
When I asked Owens why he was giving Kyte 5p stock when he introduced RB or invested in any placings he said Kyte and him were v close and he would help Bernstein grow the company as a decent strategic investor !!Bernstein fell for it and allowed Kyte to invest So I was shafted and Kyte not selling millions So it was opportunistic investing Investors here should sell out The management (Owens )CANNOT be trusted Owens laughing all the way to the bank as his shares were worthless Strong sell2p target
Posted at 09/8/2019 15:34 by nico115
So Owen tells me he is giving Kyte 100k of stock at 5p cos he can offer Richard Bernstein help as a STRATEGIC INVESTORMORE LIES !!!With Kyte selling (Owens best mate) target here has to be in the penniesOwen no doubt telling Kyte to sell!! He hasn't got much faith in Bernstein then !! Lol

Try the AIM regulators on that one and ask if they have given a whitewash, and if so why has there been no RNS as failure to do so is misleading investors and can bring the market into disrepute (as thought its not already).

As I said seller had 750And seller done My neighbour!! LolShould rally ,shame as RO shares were worth 2p until he asked me to find a substantial investor which i did He then shat on me , he just didn't give a t#ss
Posted at 16/11/2018 17:15 by nico115
I most certainly don't want this to go to zero especially for small investors here..I'm just saying RO deserves to be punished by losing all his money here for shafting all the large shareholders here except his best mate Kyte Incredible that he FCA won't punish directors for such behaviour How RO can look himself in the mirror and how he can have any friends beggars belief

LOL - Rather than that nico I suggest this:

"I am sorry to inform all stakeholders that I along with the rest of the BoD am unable to run this company and make a profit for shareholders. However, I have as you will be aware been successful in raising funds from Nico and co that I along with the CEO of the company, squandered away most of the funding's on projects that I had no idea about (on-line website)while drawing decent salaries and expenses for the whole team around me.

Nico was kind enough to introduce another hi-worth investor to inject around half a million more, on the basis that has been clearly stated in the funding documents. As a reward for this, my team kindly awarded me more options, that hopefully I will live long enough to see them be of any value (because I am getting on you know), and to give the team around me along with the new investor, another last ditch attempt to do better than we have in the past.

We had all thought about resigning but as we and our major investors control the company, and are supportive, and we can count on their votes not to remove us all, and replace us with " ---- -----" and a new BoD, who believes the private investor/stakeholders would welcome, as the only rewards they would expect, would be expenses and a large number of share options, once the company becomes profitable.

As the majority of large stakeholders support me and my team, in having another go, Nico can thank me for not allowing him to invest any more of his funds at 5p, as I and my team might (in fact based on past history), flit away the current balance of the cash in the kitty, which I of course have not mentioned in my statement what it stands at today's date - which is will be some six months on, because if I were to have let on the current available cash, some stakeholders may decide a change is needed.

You will notice a number of issues in the accounts, like the loan of £220,000 to subsidiaries at 7.5% interest and payable on demand - I do not wish to let you know if we think those subs have the cash to pay it back, so the loans will remain on the books as an asset, and we have not converted it into 50 million shares because if we did the 7.5% interest would no longer be payable, and that is over £15k a year.

The sale of shares, that I failed to notify stakeholders of - I am sorry but in any case the AEO ones have gone down, so I saved the company from that small loss.

In view of what the new investor may bring to the table, I guess some of you will be thinking, will they sell off any parts of the company they can, so to inject extra funds into the new enterprise that maybe entered into, well that`s for you to guess and us to know.

So folks stick with us, it will be alright in the end (we hope)."
