Issue of Equity
The Company announces that on 28 June 2011 it issued and allotted 50,000 new ordinary shares of 5p each ("New Ordinary Shares") following the exercise of options by an employee of the Company.
Application has been made to the London Stock Exchange for the New Ordinary Shares to be admitted to trading on AIM ("Admission"), and it is expected that Admission will become effective and trading will commence at 8.00am on 5 July 2011.
Following admission of the New Ordinary Shares, the Company will have 49,797,019 Ordinary Shares in issue. The Company holds no Ordinary Shares in Treasury.
