("Ultimate Finance" or the "Company") 
 
 
Grant of Options 
 
 
Ultimate Finance announces that on 21 September 2009 a total of 275,000 options 
over ordinary shares of 5 pence each (the "Options") were granted to certain 
Directors, pursuant to the  Employee  Share  Scheme. 
 
 
The Options are exercisable at 13 pence per share, equal to the closing market 
price on 18 September 2009 and will vest at any time between the 31 October 2010 
and 21 September 2016, given at least one of the following two conditions (the 
"Conditions") occur: 
 
 
Either: 
 
 
1) The percentage growth in the adjusted EPS of the Company averages 10% or more 
over the previous three years, or 
 
 
2) There is a 50% or more improvement in the adjusted EPS compared to the 
previous year 
 
 
at which point the Options shall become exercisable in respect of 100% of the 
Shares over which they subsist. 
 
 
These conditions were agreed by the Board on the 1 October 2009. 
 
 
The Options have been granted as follows:

In addition, as per the Company's final results announcement of 17 September 
2009, a total of 360,000 existing share options have been cancelled (the 
"Cancelled Options") and replaced with 360,000 new options over ordinary shares 
of 5 pence each (the "Reissued Options"), granted to the holders of the existing 
share options. 
 
 
The Reissued Options are exercisable at 13 pence per share, equal to the closing 
market price on 18 September 2009 and will vest at any time between the 31 
October 2010 and 21 September 2016, subject to the same Conditions as the 
Options, described above. Of the 360,000 Cancelled Options, 285,000 were held by 
certain Directors as per the table below, the remaining 75,000 were held by 
other key staff within the business.
