Bristol based Ultimate Finance, a provider of funding and financial management
solutions for small to medium sized businesses (SMEs), has opened a new office
in Leeds, to provide a dedicated service to SMEs in Yorkshire and the North
East.

The company has already achieved strong regional coverage via its offices in
Manchester, St Albans and Birmingham as well as its Bristol headquarters and is
now keen to establish itself within the thriving Yorkshire and North East
business community.

Patrick Madden has been appointed as Regional Director of the new office.
Madden has over 13 years experience in the business finance sector, and joins
Ultimate Finance from Davenham Group, where he was responsible for the Leeds
Division. He has also held roles with Britannic Money and Bank of Scotland.

Ultimate Finance, which is listed on the Alternative Investment Market (AIM),
helps SMEs enhance their cash flows by providing a range of business finance
solutions, including factoring, invoice discounting, sales ledger
administration, debtor protection services and payroll management services. The
company has recently announced a

65 per cent increase in turnover in the half-year to December 31 2005.
