The board of Ultimate Finance Group PLC ("UFG") is pleased to announce that
Shane Horsell was appointed to the board of UFG as finance director today.

Shane has 19 years experience in various finance roles, latterly as finance
director of Blick UK Ltd the major subsidiary of Blick PLC (the formerly fully
listed company) and as group finance director for Advent Publishing Systems Ltd.

Brian Sumner, Chief Executive, said "we are delighted to welcome Shane to our
board. He has been working for us in a consultancy capacity for the last 3
months, and we are convinced he will be an asset to the group."

(c)          not been a director of any company which has gone into
             receivership, compulsory liquidation, creditors voluntary 
             liquidation or administration or entered into a company 
             arrangement or any composition or arrangement with its creditors 
             generally or any class of its creditors where he was a director at 
             the time of the relevant event or within the preceding 12 months;

(d)          not been a partner in a partnership which has gone into compulsory
             liquidation or administration or entered into any partnership 
             voluntary arrangement where he was a partner at the time of the 
             relevant event or within the preceding 12 months;

(e)          not owned an asset or been a partner of a partnership owning an
             asset over which a receiver has been appointed where he was a 
             partner at the relevant time or within the preceding 12 months;

(g)          nor had any public criticism of him by any statutory or regulatory
             authority (including recognised professional bodies) or been 
             disqualified by a court from acting as a director of a company or 
             acting in the management or conduct of the affairs of any company.
