Mr Scott still buying as of 27/3/20, but only small amount 15,000.

In reality can't see the share recovering for a long time given the Corona Virus looks like it will be blighting our lives for a long time.

I thought he exited to invest in property.

If he's spent the cash on property may not be quite so lucky.

Hindsight.. but that was a good exit from the old cofounder Nigel Hoath back in February.

Someone appears to accumulating at the moment with 5 x 7,500 trades today.
A vote of confidence I guess in this troubled market.

Gresham House Strategic plc and the Daily Telegraph seem to be doing wonders for the share price recovery after the Nigel Hoath sell out.

Yes, he is the primary reason for the consistent fall in the share price. That overhang has now gone.

So co-founder Nigel Hoath has sold his remaining holding.
He had been selling his holding off over the recent years to find property investment from what I read.

Topped up this afternoon - all of the signs are the purchase market is picking up significantly and ULS will be benefiting.

Chunky purchase this morning. Recovery beginning. Find it hard to believe property transactions have anywhere to go but up in 2020, with over 3m people supposedly having held back from moving due to Brexit uncertainty. That won’t all suddenly be unlocked, but assuming a Boris win volumes will slowly improve.

Very good point sidam. They say they aim to start the first integrations in the first half of 2020, so by September they should have a good number completed and making a contribution to H2 FY 2021.

I'll try to contact the company to confirm

I think the timing is H2 of FY 2021. ULS has a March year end so H2 of 2021 is this time next year. Doubling profits in three years is growth of about 25% p.a. A peg of 0.8 on projections would be PE of 20. So I agree this could/should be a winner and it might be right to buy before too long.
