28/3/2020 11:43 | Mr Scott still buying as of 27/3/20, but only small amount 15,000. In reality can't see the share recovering for a long time given the Corona Virus looks like it will be blighting our lives for a long time. | red ninja
28/3/2020 11:39 | I thought he exited to invest in property. If he's spent the cash on property may not be quite so lucky. | red ninja
27/3/2020 14:35 | Hindsight.. but that was a good exit from the old cofounder Nigel Hoath back in February. | tole
10/3/2020 12:01 | The buyer appeared toward the end of last week. | spooky
10/3/2020 11:53 | Someone appears to accumulating at the moment with 5 x 7,500 trades today. A vote of confidence I guess in this troubled market. | red ninja
26/2/2020 12:30 | I think you wrote a bit too soon | red ninja
25/2/2020 14:14 | Nice to see this holding up well the last few days. | tole
21/2/2020 15:36 | Gresham House Strategic plc and the Daily Telegraph seem to be doing wonders for the share price recovery after the Nigel Hoath sell out. | red ninja
14/2/2020 07:19 | Interesting piece in the Telegraph. | spooky
13/2/2020 10:53 | Yes, he is the primary reason for the consistent fall in the share price. That overhang has now gone. | spooky
13/2/2020 10:31 | So co-founder Nigel Hoath has sold his remaining holding. He had been selling his holding off over the recent years to find property investment from what I read. | tole
13/2/2020 09:39 | That's the clearing trade no doubt | tole
11/2/2020 21:44 | A few quick succession of large trades causing the drop.. | tole
11/2/2020 21:18 | Why did they price fall so sharply today? | ronin92
11/2/2020 19:39 | Topped up this afternoon - all of the signs are the purchase market is picking up significantly and ULS will be benefiting. | techno20
11/2/2020 10:43 | Likewise, took advantage of the sudden drop. Been watching for an entry for a while | a_game
11/2/2020 10:20 | In for some here | tole
07/1/2020 10:06 | Down 15% on the appointment of a NED, what am I missing? | crazycoops
17/12/2019 10:24 | What looks like a 100,000 buy this morning | daz
12/12/2019 09:12 | Ex-divi today | crazycoops
09/12/2019 15:31 | Yes, that big trade on Friday looks to be the seller being cleared out | daz
06/12/2019 11:04 | Chunky purchase this morning. Recovery beginning. Find it hard to believe property transactions have anywhere to go but up in 2020, with over 3m people supposedly having held back from moving due to Brexit uncertainty. That won’t all suddenly be unlocked, but assuming a Boris win volumes will slowly improve. | techno20
03/12/2019 14:17 | Very good point sidam. They say they aim to start the first integrations in the first half of 2020, so by September they should have a good number completed and making a contribution to H2 FY 2021. I'll try to contact the company to confirm | daz
03/12/2019 13:47 | I think the timing is H2 of FY 2021. ULS has a March year end so H2 of 2021 is this time next year. Doubling profits in three years is growth of about 25% p.a. A peg of 0.8 on projections would be PE of 20. So I agree this could/should be a winner and it might be right to buy before too long. | sidam |
