25/11/2020 10:31 | Just need a positive update demonstrating growth. Been heavily derated over last few years, ideally need the opposite to happen now for a real take off. | its the oxman
24/11/2020 14:26 | Not really a huge volume of trades, but the rally continues. | red ninja
23/11/2020 21:24 | Hi all, My mate Peter @Conkers3 and myself did a ‘Twin Petes Investing’ Podcast a few days ago and part of our discussion includes ULS which Peter C3 holds. We also chatted about loads of other Stocks and Ideas for research and did a particular bit about Luck vs Skill. We also discussed the outlook for Markets and as usual a fair bit of educational stuff with regards to Investing. Anyway, if you use Apple, Audioboom, Overcast or Spotify you can find it under the 'Conkers Corner' Channel (you want Podcast TPI 36) and you can find it on Soundcloud at the link below. It is also now on Youtube. I hope you enjoy it and find it useful, Cheers, WD @wheeliedealer | thewheeliedealer
17/11/2020 12:15 | Just playing catch up , haven't seen it tipped myself but could easily be, reckon another 10p could be seen here short term. We will see. | its the oxman
17/11/2020 12:07 | Strong rally. Has it been tipped recently ? | red ninja
16/11/2020 22:51 | 53p to 58p this last week. More to go for sure. | its the oxman
10/11/2020 13:39 | Not a real chartist but if it were to go to 70, i think it would create a super head and shoulders reversal pattern. Any Chartists out there to comment. | sidam
10/11/2020 12:58 | Starting to move , 57p offer, could easily pop to 70p given what's going on elsewhere. | its the oxman
09/11/2020 13:34 | Totally left behind by recovering property market and covid bounce. Time to buy. | its the oxman
28/10/2020 14:52 | Not quite a Bonkers Bargain but seemingly compelling value...still, according to Investor's Champion. Updated commentary: what’s the investment transaction, financials, trading update, forecast and valuation attractions. | energeticbacker
21/10/2020 17:03 | Octopus Investments Nominees Limited have bought in at 3.88 %. Nice to have a vote of confidence. | red ninja
20/10/2020 18:27 | Couple of big trades today. Hopefully cleared the way for a move back up. Very comfortable holding at the moment. Property market has been red hot in recent weeks, which combined with the move to remote / digital working should play into ULS’s hands. Plenty of upside IMV. | techno20
20/10/2020 13:47 | Well delay in revealing the identity of the new CEO is not helping, but weakness is probably due to a big seller probably LO or Artemis VCT. Should probably have sold, but not so good at timing these things so in at around breakeven. | red ninja
20/10/2020 09:03 | Still no comms regarding the identity of the new CEO. This, and LO selling down their stake, has made me twitchy and I sold my modest holding last week at 56p for a small profit. I still like the story but I'm going to sit on my hands for a while. | reefseeker
29/9/2020 09:21 | I read the IQGEO page on Kestrel Partners website on Sunday and I believe they claimed they were instrumental in the CEO (Richard Petti) being hired. They also claimed that they steered the board to sell of the old Ubisense business and the switch to becoming IQGEO ie growing the geospatial business. Impressive. Note, the are no longer displaying IQEO on there portfolio page. However, the point is that Kestrel have between 28 - 29% of ULS Technology and they appear to add a lot to a company in shaping the companies board and also shaping the companies strategy. The Kestrel realised companies have provided them with good returns, then again Kestrel don't show any failed investments. I am hopeful for the future here on a 3-5 year timespan. | red ninja
28/9/2020 14:39 | Because he's probably had a pay off to clear off. Castleton was a guess but they were into Housing Management Software so not a million miles off the right market ULS will be lined up to be sold off after more growth first imho. | p1nkfish
28/9/2020 14:01 | Red Ninja, you may weell be right; Kestral (approx 30% stake) want their own guy running the show. If so, they are acting like a VC, rather than a public company investor. No wonder Lombard Odier sold down their shares last week. I speculate that the change-over has not been smooth and well managed. If the announcement of the new chap is imminent why not arrange a seamless transition and announce the replacement at the same time, as is usually the practice? | reefseeker
28/9/2020 12:51 | Most likely, like CFO at IQG imho. Might be a Castleton man even, a poor guess on my part. | p1nkfish
28/9/2020 12:30 | Martin Rowland, Non-Executive Chairman, commented: "As the Business moves into its next phase, now is an appropriate time for Steve to hand over the reins to someone with strong digital experience. On behalf of the Board, I would like to thank Steve for his hard work, personal commitment and dedication to ULS." I wonder if Kestrel have steered them to their new CEO. | red ninja
20/9/2020 11:24 | It will oscillate. | p1nkfish
20/9/2020 10:53 | Agree 68p may be a ceiling, should have bailed, but I'm thinking not that expensive at current price. | red ninja
19/9/2020 16:38 | I sold out. 68p approx looks like a ceiling. Worth buying back in on reasonable weakness. Good luck if you still hold. | p1nkfish |
