I've bought a few but agree with the caution above, the company are guiding that significant revenue from Digitalmove will only happen in H2 2021, which is a long way off.
That said, the 20 day saving in time to exchange is significant and automation of what is a manual and mistake ridden process is surely the way to go.
In the meantime the company is still doing well and paying a decent dividend and should the target of doubling revenues in 3 years turn out to be true, then the shares will look very cheap. There also seems to be a margin of safety, should the roll out take slightly longer than expected

Bought a chunk myself earlier on exactly the same basis. Reassured by the statement earlier in the month and Countrywide’s announcement this morning.

In for a punt today. It seems to me that once the election is over if there is a decisive victory it could boost the housing market and ULS assuming Corbyn doesn't get in.

Trading update only 3 weeks ago with interims on Tuesday - during the first half ULS "continued to trade robustly in a difficult housing market" with profit in - line and similar to last year.

Management has to be hiding something for them to be trading down here IMO. They look obviously cheap but there have been no signs of director buying. I suspect the fall in the top line may result in a major hole in the earnings numbers but i could be wrong.

ULS has a concensus forecast PBT of £5.8m for the whole year, which implies an improvement of 18.8% over 2017/18. This trading update discloses only a 5% increase, so the forecast needs a big downward adjustment. No wonder the share price has dropped so much, but its probably a fair valuation now.

I note that the annual report has 2,575k deferred/contingent consideration (2017 989k). Earnout payments can blight future headline profits.
