I think the DigitalMove system has more bugs than unlocked-down Corona Virus hospital. It's diabolical. Hopefully they'll get it sorted but it's currently unusable IMO. Shame.

Volumes in areas will no doubt decrease but what volume there is will migrate on line. As recovery slowly occurs ULS will be in a good place.

This is not expensive on past figures.

However, with Covid-19, I am expecting it will some take time to recover.

Given the announcements about being able to buy/sell properties again, but focus on digital way of doing this, ULS should be in a "sweet spot" IMO....DYOR

Well the prediction is that transactions will fall 60% in next 3 months:

"Zoopla said demand in the week to 22 March fell 40% from the week before and it predicted housing transactions would drop by up to 60% over the next three months"



That could be optimistic.

Hopefully ULS will survive the crisis.

Covid update when it comes won't be pretty, no one will be moving for best part of a year probably. Lots in the price I guess, though small caps still struggling to find a floor.
