The Board of UIL Limited (the "Company") announces that on 6 February 2025 the Company purchased for cancellation 20,227 ordinary shares of 10p each at a price of 114.00p per share. The lowest/highest price paid per share was 114.00p/114.00p respectively.

 

Therefore, the total number of ordinary shares with voting rights in issue in the Company is now 93,170,226.
