24/5/2017 15:18 | The shares were bought in two tranches,5,050,000 @ 1.75 pence on March 8th and 3,600,000 again @ 1.75 pence on March 16th(both after 5pm),with the TRI Notification being issued six days later. (At a cost of £151,000.) It might make sense if they were covering a client's large position with a time premium built in;with anything "long" due to hit the buffers for huge potential loss(but a result for Spreadex). | mudbath
24/5/2017 12:39 | MUD So Spreadex bought TYR at 1.75 and are now offloading them at a massive loss, does that make any sense? | ashtree2
24/5/2017 12:35 | I think it maybe has to do with the Spreadex holding of 8,650,000 TYR shares. If they have a client with a large position at around 1.75 pence,it might make sense to let the whole(or remaining)amount overhang the market whilst any contract moves towards expiry. If this is the case then we could see a sharp reversal in the TYR share price once the contract expires or even if it is rolled over. imo. | mudbath
24/5/2017 12:13 | Anyone any idea who is selling down here,3 mil bought and no share price change, half wondering if this will fall further. | ashtree2
24/5/2017 11:30 | Me too-producing 62% more Tyratech shares. Is this a free lunch ? | mudbath

24/5/2017 09:34 | ma:> Very much agree re uncomfortable - am tempted at current offer BUT keeping finger away from buy button at the moment. | pugugly
24/5/2017 09:11 | I'm wondering whether one or more of the major shareholders have been voicing their displeasure to Jactel about the current share price performance. He mentioned returning value to shareholders several times during the recent interview. He also appeared uncomfortable. Just a thought. | michaelsadvfn
24/5/2017 08:51 | So if being offered at 1p and being taken up - When will the other side be posted and how many dumped and at what price? any indication from the opening bid at 0.25p ? | pugugly

01/8/2016 22:48 | Thanks for that dice. Like other CEO's he can talk to the cows come home, as the share price languishes, Thought this was a great buy a few years ago but what do I know. Strange the way the price hasn't gone up. Unseen skeletons? Good luck. | casablanca4

12/4/2016 15:01 | Video interview with Bruno Jactel Bruno Jactel, chief executive of life sciences technology group TyraTech Inc (LON:TYR), says the firm’s Vamousse treatment, as of December 2015, is now “the fastest growing head lice product in the US, and we are the number one non-pesticide product”. Jactel adds that the company is now focused on “growth and the pathway to profitability,&rdquo | proactivest
13/1/2016 17:59 | Interesting announcement earlier today. Taken back in house the previous Novartis product and launching own brand in Q1. Management knows where Novartis tested the product, so some sales could be generated quite quickly. Now with cash, the upside looks potentially huge. I certainly hope so! | sidam
23/12/2015 08:07 | Vamoose was launched in the USA at the back end of 2014, the UK early 2015 so early days yet. 2-3 years to build sales. Interesting. | michaelsadvfn
22/12/2015 18:59 | As suggested I asked the Pharmacist re Vamoose. He said there's been a lot of advertising and it's starting to sell. New products in his view take 2 to 3 years to build the sales. Word of mouth is important now in the next phase. Not sure when it was launched. | serratia
25/11/2015 15:52 | when you are there next ask the pharmacist how often they sell them and what feedback they get.ask which are their best selling lice products, they will have nothing to hide and will give you an honest answer. you can then post it here for others to read. if you ask a professional the reply you get will give you more accurate information than on a board. the share price should tell you what the market thinks. for the record i have not had one person ask me for it!. i have sold one pack because i got fed up with looking at them. i asked the patient to tell me how they found it and they never reported back. | haroldthegreat
21/11/2015 22:37 | Just for info - Visited the WEL chemists today (the old COOP ones ). They stock Vamoose. | serratia

04/11/2015 09:42 | As forecast against a the flow of most posters. Pretty obvious this was coming. Btw One of my kids got nits (just), it was late Sunday we spotted it and with main stores being closed we had to go to a Tesco smaller outlet. I went to get Vamousse. That was my choice should they have any lice treatment products. All they had was full marks. It says 'kills head lice clinically proven' '10 minute treatment' 'eliminates eggs' It mentions nothing about how many they kill, what percentage etc. 'eliminates eggs' means it has a comb in it to remove them, the treatemmnt itself does nothing to them. 2 days post treatment we combed out some live lice and more eggs. I don't know if they hatched from eggs we missed. It costs about £5, I would have been happy to pay for Vamousse, but then I know it's claims. I was going to say it's shame vamousse wasn't available, but it's worked well as now I know Full marks is a waste of time. EG why not just use a comb and remove lice and eggs, you have to do it anyway. However if a product suggests it kills 100% of lice, then great I'll have it. The key point being once you realise your kids have head lice you want a treatment now, if not sooner. Online is a bit daft as very few plan ahead stocking the cupboard with treaments as it can be years between the next appearance. So stock on shelves in as many outlets as possible is the answer. I won't buy full marks or any other product that doesn't day 100% in the future. The lice appearance followed a group of friends sleep over which is the typical transfer scenario. | gemferret |
