Subject: Thanks for the fun times

Tim, Chris,

I will be popping a cork latter to celebrate the fact that you are, for the time being at least, no longer directors of any AIM listed company. I would have preferred that to have been achieved by separating you from the company and not the company from AIM, but until the system starts properly holding individuals to account rather than punishing companies, that is the way is has to be.

Of my 10 years as a TXO shareholder, the last 3 and a bit have definitely been the most fun. I particularly enjoyed sparring with your Bulletin Board plants and meeting you both at last year’s AGM was another highlight.

I know you will come crawling back on to AIM at some point as you need access to all the naïve investors that you routinely mislead in order to issue shares like confetti in order to fund your lifestyles. Please let me know when you do so I can buy a share. I know it will be just as much fun as you never take responsibility for your failures and therefore never learn from them and therefore will always repeat them.

Warmest Regards

Pitts,

TB can say whatever he likes, even when he had a Nomad they struggled to keep him vaguely close to the truth.

What is the point of going on about what could have been and now won't be (assuming there ever was a vague possibility) - If the deal really did stack up then A nomad would have got through the DD in time, as there would have been a good wedge of fees in it for them.

Dr J,

You are an honourable man. I too hope ordinary shareholders can salvage something from this disaster. However I think they are going to really struggle to find matches for their trades. A load more shares have been converted at half the agreed conversion price. All previous conversions have been done to sell and I suspect there will be quite a few shares up for sale looking for a matched trade. Why convert now? why not wait get an even better conversion price as the company gets more desperate to relieve itself of debt and keep the interest rolling in? It is quite clear that a lot of interest has not been paid on the 10% coupon and this is an indicator of how bad the financial situation really is. In addition to the remaining Oct 2015 CLNs there are also the £200k worth of Oct 15 LNs that carry a 15% coupon.

Sorry to see the news today. I hope that you corbs and others who will probably lose money on here don't lose too much and maybe if things work out even get your money back. Keep up the good work ff, ds, ih etc. Am amazed that rmart hasn't got the decency to apologise. Apologies of course cost actually nothing whereas investing here has cost many of us a fair bit.

Tim Baldwin's thought for the day

How do you stop CEOs from lying - Don't ask them any questions

FF, what do you make of this bit of nonsense?

"the preferred route was for the plc to remain on AIM, with a new business injected, and for the current investments to form part of a new plc and list on another quoted exchange. The intention was that Shareholders would have shareholdings in both entities.

Over the last few weeks the Company had successfully identified a potential significant corporate transaction together with a new Nomad to act in the processing of this transaction. Unfortunately..."

Do you think he was trying to cobble together some Alpha Prospects/TXO combination? Or is that just more meaningless blather?

And I do enjoy this business: at the top of the RNS that say "the preferred route was for the plc to remain on AIM, with a new business injected" while at the bottom of the RNS that all changes: " market value on AIM did not adequately reflect the sum of the parts within TXO, and as a consequence the quotation was of limited value for existing shareholders seeking proper full value and of no value to the Company in terms of accessing capital. "

Well, which is it?

Booted off of AIM as predicted, best of luck those who hold getting a match for any shares you want to sell.

Colin,

Why did you sell the day before suspension. Did you not believe what funked was saying about a new Nomad already being in the wings? Did you not believe all the things he was saying to discredit me? After all Funked posted over 200 times in one week having come from nowhere (and disappeared as soon as there were no more mug punters to buy the Bergen shares from his employer).

I have only been posting what a complete shambles this company was for just over 3 years. Everything I have said has been proved right. Why did you leave it until the day before suspension to sell?

It is a good job you did sell though as otherwise you would now be completely trapped in a company that has no listing.

Some people were tempted to round up their holding to the nearest 500k, how do they feel today?

"Under the convertible securities issuance deed ("the Deed"), 5,586,805 Ordinary Shares ("New Ordinary Shares") have therefore been issued by the Company at a conversion price of 0.1p. Application will be made for the New Ordinary Shares to be admitted to AIM ("Admission")."

The final lie from TXO as an AIM listed company, but no doubt the lies will continue and no doubt Baldwin will be back on AIM at some point in the not too distant future which a whole pack of new lies to tell and no doubt there will be those who are sucked in by them who buy and ramp and others who are paid to embelish those lies.

Pitts,

rmart thinks him mouthing off about how bad TB is, but laying into anybody who actually tries to do something about removing him from the directorship of AIM companies so that his bungling incompetence can no longer destroy the wealth of investors and he can no longer fund his comfortable lifestyle by misleading ordinary people, makes sense because he took massive risks to make a small amount of money himself and was lucky to get away with it, whilst others have lost a fortune, some of which was influenced by his pathetic contribution to the ramping.

Like TB, rmart will never accept that he should take any responsibility for his actions.

I care not a jot what you think of me. Your inability to look at YOURSELF and your actions is actually what my post was about, and your response only proves my point.

hey, ih, I am sorry, sorry for beleiving tim baldwin, IMO he is nothing but a low life liar, and yes I was taken in. if I ever have the displeasure of meeting him I would probably punch him, so I hope I never do as I don't want to end up in trouble.

But am I sorry for being bullish about my investment at the time I held, no, because at the time I beleived in it.

I will probably be enthusiastic about my next venture into aim, I just hope i don't pick someone like tb to invest in next time.

I am so glad I got out when I realised it was all bs.

surely a lot will depend on tim seeing the internals at gbg accounts and what income the morgan companies have-if sighted-assuming they are all part of gbg umbrella?-will each morgan co-be sinking monies into their own projects thus no cash for gbg assets - or not?
where is the direct cashflow into gbg if the slops contracts have expired? and how does gbg pay for the plant and marthas ongoings? in fact i ask has morgan oil been using martha directly? to carry slops?
when tb makes announcment tomorrow, maybe hed like to clear the air and explain whats been received by gbg since inception right back from the start and declare all income/outgoings for gbg since inception
clear the air once and for all, and leave investors with NO misunderstanding
is that too much to ask?
thanks

fisherman/yarsan;I trust your mailboxes will be full to overflowing from contrite posters who rubbished your revelations over the years?
Perhaps I could give BG, nat, temm& marketwizard etc a nudge?(funked being a lost cause).
Seriously I do hope that some at least will have the moral courage to admit their mistakes and apologise to you both publicly.I know that you don't need this but...

"The sad reality for Mr Baldwin is that after RAM and Cientifica, TXO is his third AIM disaster in three years. It’s a hat-trick for Mr Baldwin and the investor community has lost trust in him completely. And whatever TXO says, it has missed operational target after operational target and has had an endless need for cash and thus it must take a large degree of responsibility for its own demise as a listed entity."

I learned my lesson with RAM. How many more disasters do people have to endure before the lesson is learned?

TEB never takes responsibility for his own failures. He always finds someone else to blame and that is why he never learns from his mistakes.
