The RNS confirms what I said. Bergen forward sold all the shares to another party and that party (funked's employer) dumped them on PIs.

If funked's employer was left holding more than 3% (unlikely as funked did such a good job) then they will have to announce their holding

There is some false hope being put around that delisting does not always mean shareholders lose all their money. This is true, where a company voluntarily delists the company can continue as a private company with shareholders and can make a return for those shareholders. This is never the case when a listing is forcibly cancelled. TXO shares will be forcibly cancelled if they do not find a Nomad. TXO only exists to issue confetti on AIM once that ability has gone it will disappear without trace and shareholders will lose all their money.
