19/7/2019 10:03 | Good work Vinceelliott | dssloan
18/7/2019 15:30 | Most companies big or small have some sort of charge at some point. It can be very trivial things. | apfindley
18/7/2019 15:23 | Thx Vince But what was the charge for.... I guess a loan but not sue how much it was for and at what interest rate? | ff2345
18/7/2019 15:20 | The summary details of the 'charge' are outlined below. For a more complete description go to Companies House. Who are Doorstop Limited? 18/7/2019 14:41 | I read your msg again, yes it was for some of their weshop shares , not new shares. Also I'm unsure why brandshield is being constantly mentioned in relation to weshop. They are totally separate unrelated investments, although brandshield could be applied to the weshop system to protect product and copyright owners from counterfeit and bootlegging. | apfindley
18/7/2019 13:58 | Vince Can you offer any insight into the cash situation at Weshop and what the second charge was for? Thx in advance. | ff2345
18/7/2019 13:45 | TSI ownership. As I understand it the shareswaps, between TSI and others, were with individuals or entities that owned shares in WeShop and Brandshield, and not a shareswap with the underlying companies. Granted, that the WeShop shareswap was for a high percentage of TSI shares and that the previous WeShop shareholders could potentially act as a consortium in the future; I see no link between the Brandshield ex shareholders and the WeShop holders. I have raised the question in the past on who actually owns the Hambro Breuchart entity that controls 11%approx of TSI. Note also that at least two of the individuals who swapped shares are directors of WeShop. Further, I see no reason to believe that any investment in Brandshield would offer any return from any advancement in WeShop. IMHO | vinceelliott
18/7/2019 08:35 | Everybody waiting on the dip? | aidenabettin
18/7/2019 08:23 | It might be easier to sneak money in through Brandshield now that WESHOP have TSI secured | aidenabettin
18/7/2019 07:51 | Taking a close look here as the potential looks exciting. Can anyone help me understand the cash position of Weshop. Last accounts (to June 2018) has net current liabilities of £1.8m. Do we know how much cash they have raised since then? And what is the second charge? | ff2345
17/7/2019 22:44 | In fact with the Brandshield share swap and Weshop share swap they are over the 30% level and should be made to make an offer under concert party stock holding rules | aidenabettin
17/7/2019 22:36 | The Weshop/Brandshield concert party cant be far away (Combined holdings)from having to make an offer for TSI.( legally haha). All very dirty indeed. But absolutely no fear of ever being questioned as thats not in doubt no matter what they do | aidenabettin
17/7/2019 22:31 | I agree. Where are Weshop going to get the money to settle the 2nd charge? They also need to drop the share price here to move very large amounts of stock from holders who are now under the 3% level. KOD is now being pumped prior to a deal being launched that will involve the TSI lithium assets but the pump will fail as will KOD imo and probably taken out and merged with BGS. | aidenabettin
17/7/2019 21:45 | Listen to you all on here sucking each other's plonkers.Like a little love nest ramp fest.Back to under 0.15 | backtogo
17/7/2019 21:38 | Going down.Back to go! | backtogo
17/7/2019 17:16 | Looks like share swapping..Xantus and Harry Sutherland related? | aidenabettin
17/7/2019 13:22 | Still plenty of buyers buying on the drop | howie26
17/7/2019 13:15 | Weakness the new manipulation? | aidenabettin
17/7/2019 13:03 | Any weakness here seems to be short lived and anything available being bought up ssteadily. With some decent news it should squeeze up nicely. | apfindley
17/7/2019 07:16 | Flag forming on the chart? | monkey puzzle
16/7/2019 14:43 | So many big buys, something happening in the background. Who is accumulating shares. TR1 will be coming soon. Imo | profit7
15/7/2019 19:14 | When we invade Iran it will be the MM's fault :) | aidenabettin
15/7/2019 18:55 | Mms are manipulating this so they can accumulate and sell for higher prices. Best to buy and hold as much as possible then mms will have no choice but to raise share price Mms getting cheap shares for absolutely nothing | profit7 |
